Congratulations on securing your ticket to Baroquefest 2024! Here is some important information to help you enjoy your time at the festival. 

Early Bird Ticket collection:

Guests can collect their tickets from the Old Vic Inn from 4.30 – 6.00pm on Friday 27 September 2024.]
Alternatively tickets can be collected from All Saints Church at 7.15pm on Friday 27 September 2024 prior to the first concert.
Drinks tickets will be allocated with your lanyard pass. 

Concert Venue Addresses:

All Saints Church - Concert 1 and 3: Belmore St, Canowindra NSW 2804 (2km from Canowindra Town Centre)
Billimari Public Hall - Concert 2: 1 Logan St, Billimari NSW 2804 (17km from Canowindra Town Centre)
Gooloogong Log Cabin Hall - Concert 4: 1 Forbes St, Gooloogong NSW 2805 (30km from CanowindraTown Centre)
Rosnay Organic Wines: - Concert 5: 510 Rivers Rd, Canowindra NSW 2804 (10km from Canowindra Town Centre)

Access to Concert Venues:

All Saints Church - Arrive at venue from 7.15pm, doors open from 7:40pm, concert begins 8pm
Billimari Public Hall - Gourmet Picnic lunch will be enjoyed by patrons from 12pm at the venue prior to the concert
Gooloogong Log Cabin Hall - Traditional home baked morning tea will be enjoyed by patrons from 11am at the venue prior to the concert
Rosnay Organic - Guests to arrive at 5pm, and will be seated for dinner prior to the concert commencing

For all concerts, access to the concert hall is restricted due to musician preparation. Guests are asked to socialise outside the hall until doors officially open. Special consideration will be made for those with special needs.

Food and drinks at Concerts:

Finger food will be served at Intermission at All Saints in the Church Hall at both concerts, including cheese, biscuits, pâté, olives and/grapes.
Wine served via drink tickets or personal purchase.
A gourmet picnic box consisting of delicious delights served for lunch at Billimari Hall.
Nothing delights the tastebuds more than a traditional home baked morning tea, served with tea, coffee or juice at Gooloogong Log Cabin Hall
A Baroque themed dinner matched with Rosnay Organic Wines for Concert 5
Wine purchases will be available at both concerts at All Saints Church Hall, Billimari Hall for Saturday lunch and Rosnay Organic Winery for Sunday dinner.

Baroquefest weekend is also Canowindra Show weekend. Please book your restaurants in advance where possible and let your host know what time you need to leave.

Please book your accommodation early as options are limited and fill up very quickly! More accommodation is also available in Cowra (30km) south of Canowindra, or in Orange (58km)
